* Spinach salad with grapefruit segments, pistachios, pomegranate seeds and cumin vinaigrette

Lamb tagine with apricots and prunes

* Moroccan couscous

Chicken with preserved lemons and olives

* Grilled eggplant with honey and spices

* Grilled zucchini with pomegranate syrup

* Almond orange cake

* Dried fruit compote with Grand Marnier
