• Review menu
• Book bartender and kitchen help if needed
• Make and freeze Buttermilk Cheddar Biscuits

1 Week Before

• Finalize menu
• Buy alcohol, beverages, phyllo dough
• Buy and store ice

Monday

• Set up table
• Dishes, glasses, etc.

Tuesday

• Make Tequila Cured Gravlax

Wednesday

• Buy and arrange flowers
• Clean house
• Set playlist
• Do major grocery shopping

Thursday

• Make tomato sauce for the Mini Pasta Timballos
• Grill zucchini for Caprese Veggie Skewers
• Prepare Fig Pesto Torte

Friday

• Make Chocolate Pudding
• Macerate Peaches
• Prepare filling for Kaleakopita
• Prepare Yoghurt Dipping Sauce
• Prepare rub and season Pork Tenderloin
• Trim all Lamb Chops
• Thaw phyllo dough

SATURDAY

Morning:

• Assemble and bake Kaleakopita

Thaw:

Next:

Afternoon:

• Assemble Gorgonzola Cherry Bites (bake just before the party)
• Make Mini Pasta Timballos (bake just before the party)
